[PD’S] Venues profile will indicate if BYO is accepted. So yes you can, however only if the restaurant and it’s private room has a BYO license. It’s also important prior to making your booking the venue is aware, and you receive confirmation that it’s appropriate to do so. Note: In most instances, corkage charges will apply and vary from venue to venue.

It’s a question often asked. In short, if the venue agrees prior to making your booking then you can. Be aware that the industry standard will charge cakage fees and you may need to sign a waiver for providing food to your guests that has not been prepared by the restaurant. In this day and age with food allergies you need to check off all the ingredients with all of your guests. In short [PD] believe the best etiquette is to leave it to the experts, as that’s what they do best

We always want recommendations. If you’ve experienced a great dining experience, work at or own a restaurant with a [PDR] let us know. We like to think we’ve got it covered, however, we realise we can’t be everywhere at once and appreciate your help.
Restaurants can often be busy in service hours over lunch 12-3pm and Dinner service 6pm-10pm or expectantly short staffed. A usual response time is a few hours. If you haven’t had any contact over the course of a full work-day contact us and we will chase it up with the venue for you.
Keep in mind some restaurants only operate their office Monday to Friday if you have enquires on a weekend.
