Bringing the spirit of Spain to life on Smith Street, Collingwood with a menu that celebrates Spanish flavours and tastes. You’ll find classic Spanish favourites alongside new and exciting dishes.
Named after Scottish poet Robert Burns, the hotel was built back in the 1860s on Melbourne’s iconic Smith St. In the 1980s, Urbano Gutierrez took over and introduced the Spanish flavours of his homeland.
