Carboni’s Italian Kitchen pays homage to Raffaello Carboni, an Italian national who arrived on the Ballarat goldfields in 1853.
When Iain and chef Dona inspected the venue, they were immediately drawn to the woodfire pizza oven they discovered out the back. They had always had a vision of opening a Pizza Kitchen in Ballarat, it was fate. As a result, Carboni’s Italian Kitchen was born.
At Carboni’s, you’ll experience an authentic Italian food from the smell of wood fire ovens in Naples to the fresh taste of seafood of Sicily, from bold pasta dishes of Bologna to clean flavours of Florence, funky music, modern decor, and attentive service…
A presto!
