Set over two levels at the very end of Pyrmont’s historic Jones Bay Wharf, Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar invites you to experience Sydney’s enchanting beauty from a fresh perspective.
Boasting spectacular harbour views, a coveted Chef’s Hat and a rustic interior that celebrates the site’s industrial-maritime heritage, Flying Fish is headed up by Stephen Seckold, who delivers an innovative menu that flows with the seasons and constantly surprises the palate.
Add to this an array of unique dining spaces, an award-winning wine list, a vibrant atmosphere and an expert team devoted to excellent service, and you have everything needed to achieve the ultimate Sydney dining experience.
Flying Fish’s unique space incorporates three private dining areas – The Wine Room, The Loft, and the Arcadia Room – along with its extremely popular dedicated raw-food bar. Flying Fish guests can utilise the entire restaurant for sit-down events with up to 150 guests or cocktail parties for up to 300 guests.
