Sage Dining Rooms will tailor a menu specific to your function and has packages ranging from $30 per person canapé and drink packages, set two and three-course menu’s right through to a ten-course degustation menu with matching wines. THE GARDEN ROOM – UP TO 30 GUESTS
The newly built open garden room is separated from the main dining room by large French wooden bi-fold doors and overlooks the charming courtyard and gardens of Gorman house. Guests are seated on the beautiful recycled timber deck at crisp white-clothed tables and can choose the option of an open-air setting in their own private dining space or can be closed off to the elements by way of gorgeous plantation shutters. This is the ideal space for business meetings or private celebrations. The garden room is available with no room charge, however, a minimum charge applies to secure a private room.
THE MAIN DINING ROOM – UP TO 45 GUESTS
Sage’s newly refurbished dining room is the stunning setting in which to hold your next corporate event or private dinner. The cosy and relaxed setting is the ideal space to impress your guests after pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the gardens of Gorman House. The main dining room is available with no room charge, however, a minimum charge applies to secure the room.
THE COURTYARD – UP TO 200 GUESTS
The courtyard centrepiece is a magnificent Chinese ash tree lit up by sparkling fairy lights and surrounded by the tranquil gardens of Gorman House. We offer marquee events on the spacious lawns with private bars, personal wait staff and just about anything else you can think of. For cocktail parties of up to 200 people “escape the city in the city” in this unique heritage setting.
The courtyard is also available with the exclusive use of all of the Sage dining rooms, ideal for weddings, product launches or other large events.
MINT GARDEN BAR – UP TO 150 GUESTS
Mint Garden bar offers a range of function packages from groups of 20 -150 people.
Guests can customize their own menu from a seasonal list of meticulously handcrafted canapes.
Drinks packages can involve a simple bar tab allowing guests to select from our range of cocktails, wines, as well as boutique beers and ciders or we can tailor a drinks package to suit your exact requirements.
