Sean Donovan’s recently refurbished historic hotel has a charming private dining-room that has to be one of Melbourne’s best secrets. “The Cellar” has been converted and fitted with a grand timber table which hosts up to 16 seat guests.

A separate second PDR is also available with a capacity of up to 20 guests, seated.

A seasonal menu is on offer with fresh, artisan ingredients and a European flavor, with premium seafood and beef, smokey wood bbq and rotisserie, which echo Donovan’s award-winning generous and rustic, though finessed cooking style.
