In keeping with the restaurant’s ethos of ethical, sustainable, Tasmanian sourced produce the award-winning menus on offer are as delightful as the views. Small planes deliver the freshest of produce from Tasmania and it’s islands several times a week, with King Island Beef, St Helens oysters, scallops, seafood, and dairy.
